Peran Platform Merdeka Mengajar (Pmm) Sebagai Penunjang Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Oleh Guru Penggerak Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study was conducted as a means to provide benefits. It is hoped that there will be two benefits from this study, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. The theoretical benefits of this study are envisioned as being able to expand scientific insight, especially those related to the role of the Merdeka Teaching Platform (PMM) as a support in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Then the practical benefits of this study are projected to be able to share benefits for teachers in general, driving teachers, developers of the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM), as well as future researchers. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive study method, this study was carried out in Pekanbaru City involving 4 (four) subjects as core informants and supporting informants. The methods used to collect information related to the studies studied in this research are documentation, observation and interviews. The methods used to analyze the information that has been collected regarding this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research results obtained are, Research results on the role of the Merdeka Teaching Platform (PMM) as a support in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum by Driving Teachers in Pekanbaru City which includes: 1) Self-development features which include an independent training menu, community menu, school principal selection menu, menu competency reflection, performance management menu, and LMS menu; known to work well. 2) Teaching features which include the CP/ATP menu, teaching tools menu, student assessment menu, and class menu are known to work very well. 3) The inspiration feature which includes the Inspiration Video menu, proof of work menu and practice ideas menu is known to work very well.
