Perancangan Pembangkit Plasma Tegangan Tinggi Ac Menggunakan Dual Flyback Transformator (Fbt) Topologi Inverter Full Bridge
High-voltage plasma generation is a type of voltage that is widely utilized in environmentally friendly technology. High-voltage plasma can be designed using a flyback transformer full bridge inverter topology using MOSFET as a switching device. The MOSFET is controlled by an IC TL494 control circuit connected to a 15-volt DC voltage source. The high-voltage side of the flyback transformer is connected to a graphite electrode to generate plasma. Tests were carried out with variations in the input voltage of the full bridge inverter. The inverter input voltage variations used are 25, 35, and 50 volts. Based on the test results, the full bridge inverter input voltage variation was 25 VDC, resulting in a voltage output of 22.5 VAC. The full bridge inverter circuit with an input voltage of 35 VDC produces 32.4 VAC, while the circuit with an input voltage of 50 VDC produces an output voltage of 44 VAC. Based on the test results, the output voltage of the flyback transformer with an input voltage of 22.5 V produces an output voltage of
3.21 kV. An input voltage of 32.4 V produces 4.62 kV, while an input voltage of 44 V produces an output voltage of 6.55 kV.
