Analisis Good Agricultural Practices, Pendapatan Dan Efisiensi Produksi Usahatani Sagu Di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
Sago is a plantation crop that has many benefits and can maintain food security. The study aims to: (1) determine the level of conformity of the application of sago cultivation techniques with the cultivation standards recommended. (2) To find out the income of sago farming in Tebing Tinggi Timur District. (3) To analyze the level of production efficiency of sago farming in Tebing Tinggi Timur District. The method used in this study is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results showed the application of cultivation techniques to sago farming. The result showed that the application of cultivation techniques to sago farming in Tebing Tinggi Timur District was not in accordance with the cultivation techniques recommended. The average sago farming income in Tebing Tinggi Timur District is Rp. 112.487.440,13 per harvested area per harvest rotation, Rp. 56. 243.720,07 per year, Rp. 4. 686.976,67 per month and Rp. 1. 654.227,06 per hectare per month. The results of calculating production efficiency using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) program found that most sago farming businesses in Tebing Tinggi Timur District are not technically efficient because farmers have not been able to combine production factors, while allocative efficiency is mostly inefficient, because many farmers have not been able to combine inputs with input prices to get optimal output. And economically efficient is mostly inefficient, because farmers have not been able to use inputs efficiently so that the production produced is not optimal and profits have not been maximized.
