Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Panen Kelapa Sawit (Studi Kasus Pada Pt Cahaya Amal Gemilang – Kebun Sei Tapah)

PT CAG is a company operating in the oil palm plantation sector. The problem that occurs at PT CAG is that productivity experiences ups and downs, which has an impact on the production of palm oil fruit. This is caused by the entry and exit of several harvest employees at the company. This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of harvest employees at PT CAG. Sampling in this research used the census method with a total sample of 93 harvest employees. The data analysis method used in this research is data processing using SmartPLS SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling) software. PLS has the ability to explain the relationship between variables and the ability to carry out analyzes in one test. The results of this research show that satisfaction and motivation have a significant and positive effect on the performance of harvest employees at PT CAG with a significance level of 10%. Motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT CAG.
