Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Keputusan Peserta Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Dalam Menggunakan Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet)
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived risk, perceived usefullness, perceived ease of use on the intention to use e-wallet to pay BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/ Employment Social Security bills. To analyze usage intentions in usage decisions as an intervening variable. And to analyze the influence of perceived risk, perceived usefullness, perceived ease of use on members decisions through members interest. The population in this research are the participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekanbaru Kota are 5,657 registered business entity which is represented by PIC/Business Entity Officer. The sample in this research required are 366 respondents. The data used in this research were primary data and secondary data, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM. The research results show that perceived risk, perceived usefullness and perceived ease of use of e-wallet applications have a significant influence and impact on intentions to use e-wallets. Intention to use has a significant influence on the decision to use e-wallet applications. Perceived risk, perceived usefullness and perceived ease of use of e-wallet applications have a significant influence on the decision to use e-wallet applications through the intention to use e-wallet.
