Pengaruh Kompetensi Dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Universitas Riau
This research aims to see and determine the direct and indirect influence of the influence of competence in the use of information technology and employee engagement on job satisfaction and employee performance at Riau University. The population in this study was all employees at the University of Riau, totaling 284 people, using SEM. In this research, the sampling method used the Slovin technique so that the research sample was 167 respondents. In distributing the questionnaire, the sampling method in this research used the cluster random sampling technique, which is a type of sampling technique where a researcher divides the population into several separate groups called clusters.
The results of this study show that competence in the use of ICT has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee Engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence in the use of ICT has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee Engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence in the use of ICT influences employee performance through job satisfaction. Employee engagement influences employee performance through job satisfaction.
