The conclusion of this research is the Agreement Letter 02/Road Agency/CPK/LGL-PKU/III/21 dated March 4 2021 concerning the Construction of a Road Agency that between the original Appellant, the Plaintiff and the original Appellee, the Defendant agreed to carry out the work of procuring landfill land containing 30% bauxite. With the Delivery Period starting from March 4 2021 to July 31 2021, and according to Exhibit P-2 in the form of First Addendum 02/Road Agency/CPK/LGL-PKU/III/21 concerning Construction of Road Entities, the work volume is increased by 20,000 M3 (twenty thousand cubic meters) and the work period has been extended until 31 July 2021, therefore the total work for making road bodies with embankment soil containing 30% (thirty percent) bauxite is 30,000 M3 (thirty cubic meters) which will be used to improve garden paths. payment was not made due to the results of the Administrative Inspection/Document of Landfill for the activity of delivering the stockpiled land.
