ABSTRACT
The concept of dramaturgy in the context of the barista profession, which is an integral part of modern coffee culture. This research aims to find out the life of baristas in building the front stage and the back stage life of baristas in fulfilling their daily needs. Through a descriptive qualitative approach using the purposive sampling technique. The subject of this study is the Accent Coffee barista with 4 informants and 1 cashier as the key informant. Data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study explore the roles, interactions, and symbolism that occur behind the scenes in Coffee Shop. The findings highlight how baristas are not only as beverage makers, but also social actors who play a role in creating a unique experience for customers. Baristas build personal branding on social media to increase their own existence and the Coffee Shop marketing market, but in the world of work, personal branding is done to.
