Analisa Pengaruh Konsentrasi Larutan Gula Terhadap Intensitas Cahaya Near-Inframerah Berbasis Sensor As7263
Infrared spectroscopy is the method used in this study because it has the advantages of being simple, easy to apply, and providing fast analysis and not causing damage to the sample. In this study, a sensor system with AS7263 has been designed, which is applied in measuring the concentration of sugar solutions including: glucose, fructose and sucrose using infrared spectroscopy. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the concentration measurement of sugar solution using infrared spectroscopy with the variable of solution concentration, wavelength and current intensity. The results showed that the maximum sensitivity level of the AS7263 sensor was in the wavelength range of 610 nm to 680 nm with a sugar solution concentration of 25% and 30%. So it is concluded that the higher the concentration of sugar solution used, the higher the sensor output response value, and the greater the wavelength used, the smaller the sensor output response value obtained.
