Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial Dan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Jurusan Ips Sma Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako
This study aims to analyze the influence of social competence and personality competence of teachers on the learning motivation of SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako students. Social competence includes the teacher's ability to interact and communicate effectively with students, while personality competence includes the traits of the teacher's personality traits that support the learning process. This study uses a quantitative method. The data collection instrument in the study used a questionnaire. The data was collected through a questionnaire given to students majoring in social studies at SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to see the influence of each independent variable (Social Competence and Personality Competence) on the dependent variable (Student learning motivation). The results of the analysis showed that social competence and personality competence of teachers had a positive influence on the learning motivation of SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako students.
