Pengaruh Interaksi Edukatif Kegiatan Taman Desaterhadap Kepercayaan Diri Perangkat Desa Sibuak Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
Keywords: Educational Interaction, Self-Confidence of Village Officials This research aims to (1) find out how high the level of educational interaction is between Sibuak Village officials, Tapung District, Kampar Regency (2) to find out how high the level of self-confidence among Sibuak Village officials, Tapung District, Kampar Regency (3) to find out the significant and positive influence of educational interaction on self-confidence. officials from Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency.This type of research is quantitative, ex-post facto, namely a type of research where the independent variable is an event that has already happened, then traces backwards to find out the factors that could have caused the event. The population in this study was 101 village officials from Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. In taking samples using the Simple Random Sampling method. So, the sample in this study was 81 Sibuak village officials, Tapung sub-district, Kampar regency. with an error rate of 5% using the Slovin Formula. Then instrument testing will be carried out on 30 Sibuak village officials, Tapung sub-district, Kampar regency. The data collection method in this research uses: (1) documentation; (2) observations and (3) documents (4) questionnaires. The research instrument consists of two forms of questionnaires consisting of: 1) Educational Interaction, 2) Self-Confidence. The research instrument goes through several stages, namely: 1.) review all theories related to the variables to be carried out studied, 2) compiling indicators for each variable, 3) compiling a grid, 4) compiling statement items and determining a measurement scale, 5) trialling the instrument, 6) analyzing the questions by testing the validity and reliability of each item statement. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the analysis of demographic factors of respondents' self-confidence, high results were obtained, namely with a mean of 3.86. This proves that demographic factors (gender and age) can determine the high or low level of self-confidence of village officials. Then, by analyzing the demographic factors of respondents in educational interactions, high
results were obtained, namely with a mean of 3.92, this proves that demographic factors (gender and age) can determine the level of parenting style applied by parents. Descriptive analysis based on variables obtained the level of self-confidence of Sibuak village officials, Tapung sub-district, Kampar regency with a mean of 3.86 which is in the high interpretation. Based on the variables, educational interactions were obtained with a mean of 3.92 which is in the high interpretation. It was found that there was a significant influence between educational interactions (X) on the self-confidence of village officials (Y) in Sibuak village, Tapung sub-district, Kampar district, with a large influence of 58.40% with a moderate interpretation, because there was still 41.60% which was determined by other factors. and was not part of this research.
