This purpose of this research is to determine the influence of education in the family on the social care character of elementary school aged market trader children. The location of this research is Rawang Kao Barat Village. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with the Isaac & Michael formula with an error rate of 5% so that a sample of 101 was obtained. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire/questionnaire technique that used a Likert scale, by providing a questionnaire instrument with validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis on the influence of education in the family on the social care character of elementary school age market trader children, an R Square value of 0.493 or 49.3% was obtained with the Pearson correlation test obtaining a sig value of 0.702 (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0. 05, and the results of the descriptive analysis obtained a sig value. education in the family on social caring character is 0.000
