Package B Learning Community, Group Cohesiveness, Learning Activity Studio (SKB)
The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) How cohesive is the Learning Activity Studio (SKB) group for residents studying Package B in Cinta Raja Village, Sail District, Pekanbaru City. This research aims to describe the cohesiveness of the Learning Activities Studio (SKB) group for residents studying Package B in Cinta Raja Village, Sail District, Pekanbaru City. This research has 4 indicators, namely (1) Group motivation, (2) Attractiveness, (3) High Commitment, (4) Solidarity.
After this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will provide benefits. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. The theoretical benefits from the results of this research are expected to increase knowledge about community education regarding group cohesiveness in the Learning Activity Studio (SKB) and the practical benefits from the results of this research are expected to provide benefits for researchers, for students studying at the Learning Activity Studio (SKB), for the campus as well as future researchers.
This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at the Learning Activities Studio (SKB) Pekanbaru City involving 5 (five) informants as resource persons, including 3 (three) informants as resource persons and 2 (two) key informants. The data collection
techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be seen that the cohesiveness of the group of students studying Package B in the Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Studio (SKB) is first seen from group motivation. They learn without being asked and without coercion and they show perseverance when studying with groups in class, such as being willing to ask questions, discuss and ask friends for help when they have problems. Then, secondly, looking at attractiveness, it is known that Package B students have attractiveness, shown by their willingness to contribute (cooperate) in their group and feel that they have responsibility and an important role for the group in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
Furthermore, thirdly, looking at high commitment, it is known that Package B students have high commitment, shown by them having regulations that have been mutually agreed upon and they have fulfilled these regulations by coming to class every day and wearing clothes that have been determined and scheduled by the SKB. Apart from that, those who work on the picket line follow the picket schedule that has been created and determined together. Then fourthly, looking at solidarity, it is known that Package B students have solidarity, demonstrated by them maintaining unity and harmony with each other by respecting differences in age, background and feeling mutual trust and open communication within their study group.
