Learning Discipline, Learning Citizens, Women, Package C, Pkbm The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the level of learning discipline of female students in the Package C program at PKBM Mutiara Kampar. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were female students in the Package C program at PKBM Mutiara Kampar, Kampar Utara District, Kampar Regency, totaling 81 female students. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling is a method of drawing from a population or universe in a certain way so that each member of the population or universe has the same chance of being selected or taken, using the Slovin formula, the sample is 68 female study participants. The research instrument consists of one form of questionnaire, namely learning discipline. The writing instrument goes through several stages, namely: 1) reviewing all theories related to the variables to be studied, 2) compiling indicators for each variable, 3) compiling a grid, 4) compiling statement items and determining a measurement scale, 5) instrument testing, 6) analysis of question items by testing the validity and reliability of
each statement item.This research data was analyzed using descriptive data, looking for the level of learning discipline of female students. Based on the analysis of the demographic factors of age of respondents in learning discipline, high results were obtained, namely with a mean value of 3.39. Furthermore, based on the analysis of demographic factors, the marital status of study discipline respondents obtained high results, namely with a mean value of 3.21.
Then, based on the analysis of demographic factors, the job status of study discipline
respondents obtained high results, namely with a mean value of 3.345.
Based on descriptive analysis based on indicators of disciplined compliance, female
students have an average mean value of 3.40 and a standard deviation of 0.942 with a high
interpretation. Furthermore, based on descriptive analysis based on responsibility
indicators, it has an average mean value of 3.69 and a standard deviation of 1.037 with a

high interpretation. Then, based on descriptive analysis, the self-awareness indicator has an
average mean value of 3.36 and a standard deviation of 0.968 with a high interpretation.
Then, based on descriptive analysis based on self-control indicators, the mean value is 3.07
and the standard deviation is 1.219 with a high interpretation.
Obtaining the overall contribution of indicators to the learning discipline of female
students in the Package C program at PKBM Mutiara Kampar, Kampar Utara District,
Kampar Regency, it can be concluded that the contribution indicators are relatively high
with a mean value of 73.10% and the remaining 26.90% is influenced by indicators other
than this research. .
The conclusion of this research is that the level of learning discipline of female
students in the package C program at PKBM Mutiara Kampar, North Kampar District,
Kampar Regency is 61.2% in the high category, while the level of learning discipline of
female students is low with a percentage of 28%, and the level of discipline female students
who are currently studying have a percentage of 10.8%. And there is an overall contribution
of the learning discipline indicators of female students in the Package C program at PKBM
Pearl Kampar which is relatively high with a contribution of 73.10%. This means that there
is still 26.90% which is influenced by other factors that are not part of this research. The
contribution of the obedient attitude indicator was 73.40%, then the self-awareness indicator
was 56.70%, then responsibility was 85.40%, and finally the self-control indicator was
