This research was conducted in Semelinang Tebing Village, Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research aims to determine: 1) the PNM Mekaar Savings and Loans mechanism, 2) the influence of PNM Mekaar Savings and Loans on the income of trading housewives. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, which is processed using SPSS Statistics 25. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample with the population in this research, namely 63 housewife customers who trade and all of them were used as samples. Based on the results of this research, it is known that from the average sum, the turnover of respondents in this study was Rp. 4,012,150, and the net income of respondents in this study was IDR. 2,507,936.6. Based on the SPSS 25 statistical test, there is an influence between PNM Mekaar Savings and Loans on the income of trading housewives. This can be proven from the results of a simple regression test where the R value is 0.374 and the R square coefficient is 0.140. The 0.140 R square figure is converted into a percentage so it becomes 14%. It can be interpreted that 14% is the influence of the PNM Mekaar Savings and Loans variable (X) on the low income variable of trader housewives (Y), and 86% is influenced by unexpected/unresearched variables.
