Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (Bsps) Di Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru

This research aims to find out: 1) community participation in the Self-Help Housing Stimulants Assistance program, 2) factors that influence the success of the Self-Help Housing Stimulajn Assistance program. This research is located in Tenayan Raya Sub-district, Pekanbaru City. This research is a type of survey research using quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 80 families. The population is less than 100, so the entire population in this study is sampled, the sampling technique used is a census. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of participation is quite high in the BSPS program assistance process, there are 71 respondents (88.7%) who participated. This reflects the high participation and involvement of respondents in the process of planning and implementing the BSPS program. Factors that influence the success of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance program are internal factors and external factors. The success rate of internal factors of all 80 respondents (100.0%) was in the dominant category, while external factors were 60 respondents (75.0%) who were in the dominant category.
