Aplikasi Pupuk Npk Dan Mg Pada Gejala Pelepah Sengkleh Terhadap Komponen Produksi Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.)
This study aims to determine the effect of interaction and the main factor of Mg fertilizer and the best dose of NPK fertilizer on the production components of twelve year old oil palm plants. This research was conducted in Bencah Kelubi Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted for seven months from May to November 2023. The method used was a factorial complete randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, namely Mg fertilizer and NPK fertilizer. Factor I is the dose of Mg fertilizer (Kieserite) consisting of three levels: M0 = 0 kg per plant; M1 = 1 kg per plant; M2 = 2 kg per plant; factor II is the dose of NPK fertilizer consisting of three levels: N1 = 1.5 kg per plant; N2 = 2.5 kg per plant; N3 = 3.5 kg per plant. The interaction of Mg fertilizer and NPK fertilizer has no effect on all observation parameters of oil palm plants observation parameters of oil palm yields. The single factor of Mg fertilizer has no effect on all observation parameters of oil palm plants. The application of NPK fertilizer can increase the weight of fruit bunches, fresh fruit weight, fresh fruit volume and mesocarp thickness of oil palm plants. The combination of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 3.5 kg per plant and without Mg can increase fruit bunch weight, fresh fruit weight, fresh fruit volume and mesocarp thickness.
