Employee performance is a strong desire that workers have to maintain their position as members of the organization where they work, a desire to try hard to be part of the organization, and a strong belief in accepting the values and goals that exist within the organization. Employee performance is more than just passive loyalty but also involves active relationships and the individual's personal desire to make a full contribution to the organization. This research aims to analyze the influence of employee placement and job stress on job satisfaction on employee performance. To analyze the influence of employee placement and job stress on employee performance through employee job satisfaction and to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Siak Regency Land Office.
The population in this study was 80 employees at the Siak Regency Land Office (all employees). The sample used was 80 people. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the data analysis used in this research is sem. From the research results, it was found that employee placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance through job satisfaction
