This research concludes that the level of customer satisfaction with non-subsidized fuel products in the Pertamax series and Pertamina Dex can be increased directly with the composition of a green marketing mix with 7 green Ps (greener product,green price, green promotion, green place, green process, green people expertise, and green physical evidence), forming a positive perception of the product brand image through positive e-WOM, and a very excellent level of service quality.
The author provides advice to PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga to implement PERTAMAX ServQual in Pertamina gas station operations, and intensify positive e-WOM exposure about greener fuel products so that consumers get a higher perception of product value
