Analisis Kelimpahan Dan Distribusi Mikroplastik Pada Air Dan Ikan Di Sungai Sago Kota Pekanbaru, Riau
Microplastics are pollutant materials originating from plastic in the various shapes and sizes with a diameter 1 μm - 5 mm. microplastics have the potential to become pollutants that have a negative impact on aquatic biota because they are abundant in the aquatic environment. This study aims to analyze the abundance, types, and polimer types of microplastics in water and fish in the Sago River, Pekanbaru City. The Sago River is a tributary of the Siak River with a length of (±) 2.3 km. The Sago River is heavily polluted because it is in the middle of the city. The research location was determined by purposive sampling on three segments that have different activities, consisting of the upper, middle, and lower rivers. The result showed that the average abundance of microplastics in the waters of sago river was 136,45 particles/L. The average abundance of microplastics in 8 Pangasius Polyuranodo fish was 3,66 particles/grams. The types of microplastics found in this study were fragments, fibers, and films. pearson product moment correlation analysis established a significant relationship between temperature and flow velocity parameters on the abundance of microplastics (p
