Analisis Carbon Footprint Dari Aktivitas Rumah Tangga Di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Binawidya Kota Pekanbaru

Primary CO2 emissions and secondary CO2 emissions from household activities are still very limited. Therefore, there is no data that shows how much CO2 emissions are generated specifically by household activities in Simpang Baru Village, Binawidya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, so an analysis is carried out. The purpose of this research is to calculate and determine the amount of CO2 emissions from household activities and analyze the factors that affect the total CO2 emissions from household activities in the research location. Primary data was obtained from a survey involving 98 respondents and secondary data is administrative maps, demographic data and electrical power data. This research method uses the IPCC (2006) method. Total CO2 emissions from household activities in Simpang Baru Urban Village amounted to 1,416,953 tons of CO2/month with primary CO2 emissions of 133,345 tons of CO2/month and secondary CO2 emissions totaling 1,283,608 tons of CO2/month. Factors affecting primary CO2 emissions are the amount of fuel and total income, secondary CO2 emissions come from electric power and total income.
