Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Interaktif Power Point Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi
This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning Model assisted by Power Point Interactive Media in improving students' critical thinking abilities in economics subjects. The background to this research is that when the researcher made observations on class X students at SMA N 2 Tualang and shared with the collaborating class X teacher at SMA N 2 Tualang. obtained a picture of the low level of students' critical thinking abilities. This affects the level of activity and learning outcomes that are not yet optimal. The lack of student activity can be seen during the learning process. This is because the learning methods used by teachers are still less varied, the less varied methods do not involve direct student activities and many students still have difficulty understanding economics subject matter. This research is included in classroom action research. The population in this study were all students in class In the research, there were 36 students in class X.5 of SMA Negeri 2 Tualang. The data collection methods used by researchers are observation techniques and test techniques. The instruments used in this research were student critical thinking observation sheets which were used to observe students and teacher observation sheets which were used to observe teacher behavior.
