Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Produk Cokelat Vicco Di Outlet Pusat Penelitian Kopi Dan Kakao Indonesia Jember
Vicco chocolate is one of the special products produced by Puslitkoka Jember and is only available at the Coffee and Cocoa Outlet. This study aims to determine (1) consumer characteristics and (2) the purchasing decision process for vicco chocolate products. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study uses direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) consumer characteristics can be described as consumers aged 17-25 years (68%), female (54%), with a high level of education (56%), working as a student (29%), earning Rp0-Rp2,500,000.00 (65%), located domiciled in the Jember area around (34%). (2) Consumers carry out all stages of the purchasing decision process well and intend to make repeat purchases, this is indicated by 80% or as many as 33 people continue to repurchase products even though they continue to experience price increases.
