"Analisis Keunggulan Bersaing Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Berbasis Inovasi (Studi Pada Umkm De Klapper Pie)"
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses), external environmental factors (opportunities and threats) and formulate and then select alternative innovation-based competitive advantage strategies from De Klapper Pie MSMEs using a SWOT analysis approach (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats).
This research uses a qualitative descriptive method from the results of in-depth interviews with informants, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research was processed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, SWOT Matrix and quadrant analysis.
The research results show that the situation of De Klapper Pie MSMEs is in good condition because there are strengths that are exploited to seize profitable opportunities. For this reason, an alternative strategy can be used, namely development (aggressive strategy). The innovation that needs to be carried out by De Klapper Pie refers to product innovation in packaging and new products as well as business process innovation in the form of employee training programs and software applications.
