Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Indrillco Bakti Duri

ABSTRACT
This research Aims To Determine The Effect Of Motivation And Job Satisfaction On Employee Performance At PT. Indrillco Bakti Duri. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling; convenience sampling with a sample size of 96 employees at PT. Indrillco Bakti Duri. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using Smart-PLS software version 3.0
The research results show that partially Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously has a positive effect and is significant on employee performance.
