Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Melalui Motivasi Kerja Pada Perawat Rsud Indrasari Rengat
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) through work motivation (Z) in nurses at Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses at Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital, totaling 153 people, who were also included in the sample because this study used a saturated sampling technique. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires as an instrument to prove research results and test hypotheses using path analysis. The data analysis method uses random multiplication (bootstrapping) with the help of Smart Partial Square (SmartPLS) software. The results of this research show: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on OCB, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on OCB, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, 4) there is a positive and significant influence of efficacy self-efficacy towards work motivation, 5) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on OCB, 6) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on OCB through work motivation, 7) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on OCB through work motivation.
