Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Surya Agrolika Reksa Ii Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRACT
This study aims to look at the effect of work discipline and workload on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Surya Agrolika Reksa II. This research was conducted at PT Surya Agrolika Reksa II, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the processing section at PT Surya Agrolika Reksa II, namely 44 people. The number of samples in this study was carried out by means of saturated sampling techniques (census), namely making all members of the population into samples, so that the number of samples in this study were 44 employees. The results of the study found that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Performance. 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Performance. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 4) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Performance. 6) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. 7) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable.
