Pengaruh Pendapatan Keluarga, Tingkat Pendidikan Ibu Dan Pola Asuh Terhadap Stunting Pada Anak Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the influence of family income, mother's education level and parenting patterns as well as the dominant influencing factors stunting in children in Pekanbaru City.
The method for determining the type of sample in research is to use the method Purposive Sampling with a total sample of 77 indicated toddlers stunting. The data in this research uses secondary data and primary data. The types of data analysis methods in this research are multiple linear regression, statistical testing of the classical assumptions of normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation. Then carry out statistical tests to determine the hypothesis, namely the F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The tool used in this research is the SPSS version 27 program.
The results of this study explain that there is a significant influence between family income (X1), mother's education level (X2) and parenting style (X3) simultaneously on stunting (Y) in children in Pekanbaru City. Partially, family income has no effect on the incidence stunting, however, the mother's education level and parenting style have a significant negative influence on stunting in children in Pekanbaru City. Dominant factors influencing events stunting is the mother’s education level. The influence caused by the independent variables on the dependent variable (R2) is 71,7%, while the remaining 28,3% can be influenced by other factors outside the variables in this study.
