"Pengaruh Financial Knowledge Dan Financial Self Efficacy Terhadap Financial Management Behavior Pada Karyawan Perum Bulog Kanwil Riau & Kepri"

ABSTRACT
This study aims to see the effect of financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior of Perum Bulog employees in Riau & Kepri. The population in the study were all field employees of Perum Bulog throughout Riau & Kepri, namely 42 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using saturated sampling technique which means that the entire population of 42 people will be sampled in this study, so the sample set in this study was 42 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple liner regression analysis using the SPSS Version 26 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between financial knowledge on financial management behavior. There is a positive and significant influence between financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between financial knowledge and financial self efficacy on financial management behavior.
