Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Pop Up Book Untuk Pembelajaran IPS Di Sekolah Dasar
This research is development research which produces a product in the form of a Pop Up Book with Heroku material which can be used as a social science learning medium in elementary schools. This research is development research using the Plomp method which consists of three phases, namely the Preliminary Research phase, the Development or Prototyping Phase, and the Assessment Phase. Validation carried out by experts overall obtained an average score percentage of material expert validators of 100%, language expert validators of 100%, and media expert validators of 94.79% in the valid category. This shows that the Pop Up Book developed by researchers is very suitable to be tested as a social studies learning medium in elementary schools. The practicality test carried out by the teacher obtained an average percentage of 100% in the very practical category. Meanwhile, the small group test carried out on 10 class IV students at SD Negeri 122 Pekanbaru obtained an average percentage of 95.6% in the very practical category. Based on the validation and practicality data obtained, it shows that the Pop Up Book developed by researchers is suitable for use as a learning medium by students in elementary schools because it has special characters, unique images, is equipped with text and images, uses simple sentences, and makes people curious. on every page.
