Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity Dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Subsektor Properti Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Periode 2018-2022
ABSTRACT
Property and Real Estate companies are one of the businesses providing human board needs. Property and Real Estate companies are also subsector companies that have a widespread influence on the Indonesian economy. This indicates that Property and Real Estate is a growing business that can attract investors. This requires the company to continue to increase the value of the company, one of which is by maintaining the stock price. This study aims to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Earnings Per Share on the Share Price of Property and Real Estate Subsectors Listed on the IDX in 2018-2022). The population in this study is Property and Real Estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022 with a total of 85 companies, while the research sample amounted to 41 companies using techniques with 5 years of observation. This study used Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) in purposive sampling analyzing data. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no effect on the stock price. Return On Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) have a significant and positive effect on stock prices.
