Pengaruh Burnout, Work Life Balance Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Wanita Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the Effect of Burnout, Work Life Balance and Work Motivation on the Performance of Women Nurses at Mental Hospital Tampan Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all impatient nurses at the Mental Hospital Tampan Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 51 samples. Primary data were collected with questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple path analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results in this study show that: 1) Burnout does not effect and not significant effect on the performance of female nurses at the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital. The leadership of the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital should always pay attention to the condition of employees and consider the workload they have on employees to minimize burnout. 2) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant the performance of female nurses at Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital. The leadership of Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital is expected to always pay attention to employees in fulfilling their responsibilities to work and family life. 3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant on the performance of female nurses at the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital. The leadership of Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital is expected to maintain the implementation of its strategy in increasing work motivation that can be obtained from meeting physiological needs, security needs, recognition of achievements, awarding, and opportunities for self- development.
