Analisis Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Di Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT

This research aims to look at the quality of Regency/City human resources in Riau Province in 2013-2022 using Human Development Index data which is presented in 3 dimensions, namely the health dimension, education dimension and decent living standards. The research method used in this thesis is a quantitative descriptive method. The data in this research was obtained from secondary data. The data collection technique used is literature study, namely by collecting data originating from various literature sources related to the research problem. The research results show that the quality of human resources as seen through health in Riau Province is still unstable due to the low birth rate. The quality of human resources as seen from education, lack of public awareness of the importance of education and the quality of human resources as seen from decent living standards, per capita expenditure in Riau Province has increased over the last 10 years.
