Analisis Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor – Faktor Produksi Industri Keripik Nenas Di Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the technical efficiency, price efficiency, and economic efficiency of the pineapple chips industry in Tambang District, Kampar Regency . The data used are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data is sourced from the Industry and Trade Office of Kampar Regency, while primary data is obtained from questionnaires conducted through interviews with 20 respondents from the pineapple chips industry in Tambang District, Kampar Regency . The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative through the Cobb Douglas production function analysis method with the application of the stochastic frontier production function and return to scale. The variables used are capital, labor and raw material in the pineapple chips industry in Tambang District, Kampar Regency . The results showed that the variables of capital, labor and raw material had a significant effect on the production of pineapple chips. The technical efficiency is 0.76826, the price efficiency is 222,924, and an economic efficiency of 171,263. While the Return To Scale value is 1,797, meaning that pineapple chips industri in Tambang District, Kampar Regency experience a increasing return to scale rule with an economic efficiency value greater than one, meaning that the efficiency of the use of production factors has not been achieved. So that to achieve overall efficiency it is necessary to add proportional input.
