Analisis Risiko Pajanan Gas Karbon Monoksida (Co) Dan Timbal (Pb) Pada Pedagang Akibat Aktivitas Transportasi Di Pasar Pagi Arengka Kota Pekanbaru
Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Lead (Pb) are gases commonly produced through incomplete combustion of motor vehicles. This research aims to analyze the environmental health risks due to exposure to Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Lead (Pb) gases from vehicles along the front road of Pasar Pagi Arengka, Pekanbaru City. Data was collected for 6 days with measurements taken for 1 hour in the morning and afternoon using an impinger device. The results showed that the concentration of Lead exceeded the established standard, with the highest concentration at point 1 being 5.280 mg/m3 and at point 2 being 4.144 mg/m3, while CO remained below the standard, with the highest concentration at point 1 being 0.882 mg/m3 and at point 2 being 0.904 mg/m3. The calculation of environmental health risk analysis yielded projected intake values at each sample point from year 5 to year 30, showing an increasing trend each year, where the Lead intake value at point 1 ranged from 0.085-2.212 mg/kg/day and at point 2 ranged from 0.138-1.736 mg/kg/day. Meanwhile, the CO intake values from year 5 to year 30 were obtained as 0.049-0.419 mg/kg/day at point 1 and 0.051-0.388 at point 2. The highest Carbon Monoxide Risk Quotient (RQ) was 0.151 at point 1 and 0.197 at point 2, while the highest Lead RQ was 0.023 at point 1 and 0.027 at point 2. In this study, all sample points had RQ values < 1, indicating safety against health risks.
