ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the difference in income of housewives before and after participating in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assisted program and the participation of housewives in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assisted program in increasing family income. The method of analysis in this study was carried out through descriptive and quantitative approaches using the sign test. The results showed that only two programs were significant in increasing income, namely the Horticulture Program and the Advanced Bengkalis Program. On the other hand, the Integrated Pineapple Program, Mangrove Program, Poskarya Program and FILAGAM Program only showed a relatively small increase in income. This is because the working hours in each program are different. In addition, the participation of housewives in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assisted program of PT Pertamina International Refinery Unit II Production Sungai Pakning shows that the program provides housewives with the opportunity to participate in increasing family income and easing the burden on husbands in earning a living, besides that housewives also do not forget their responsibilities as housekeepers.
