Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan Pengantaran Pt. Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on delivery employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees in the delivey division, totaling 41 people. The sampling technique uses saturated/census samples where all members of the population will be sampled, therefore the sample in this study is 41 people. Primary data collected with a questionnaire, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis (Path Analysis) using SmartPLS 4.1 software. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Workload has a positive effect and significant to employee performance, 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6)Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction, 7)Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.
