ABSRACT
The aim of this research was to determine the influence of the work
environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of PT
employees. Djya Globalindo Sentosa simultaneously on employee performance.
This research was conducted to examine the work environment, work
discipline and work motivation on the performance of PT employees. Djya Globalindo Sentosa. The data used in this research are primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of books and journals.
The population in this study were all employees of PT. Djya Globalindo Sentosa, numbering 98 people. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population are selected as samples. Thus, the number of samples to be studied is 98 people with the help of SPSS.
The results of this research show that: 1) The work environment has a significant effect on performance. 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on performance. 3) Motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 4) and work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance.
