ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction & employee performance at the Rimba Melintang Community Health Center. This research method is quantitative descriptive, which means the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of numbers. The population in this study was 50 employees of the Rimba Melintang Community Health Center. The results of this research show. There is a significant influence between work discipline on the performance of Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The better the work discipline, the better the employee's performance. There is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The better the work environment, the more productive the employee's performance will be.
There is a significant influence between work discipline and job satisfaction among Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The better the work discipline, the employee job satisfaction will increase. There is a significant influence between the work environment on job satisfaction for Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The better the environment at the Community Health Center, the greater employee satisfaction will be. There is a significant influence between job satisfaction and performance among Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The better the job satisfaction at the Community Health Center, the better the employee performance will be. There is no strong influence between work discipline on performance through job satisfaction for Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The lower the discipline, the less performance will increase through job satisfaction.
There is a significant influence between the work environment on performance through job satisfaction for Rimba Melintang Community Health Center employees. The lower the working environment, the lower the performance through job satisfaction.
