Analisis Perbandingan Rpjmdes Dan Rkpdes Di Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Dan Desa Karya Indah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2023

The aim of this research is to find out the development program in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District and Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2023. Next, to find out the comparison of the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) and Village Development Work Plan (RKPDes) in Tarai Bangun Village Tambang District and Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2023. Finally, to find out the inhibiting factors/problems in implementing the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) and Village Development Work Plan (RKPDes) in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang and Karya Indah District, Tapung District, Kampar Regency Year 2023.
The research informants were the Head of Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, the Head of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, the Village Development Section, members of the BPD and the community. Data collection for this research is: interviews, observations and library research and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers is qualitative data analysis techniques.
The results of this research are that the village development program in Tarai Bangun Village consists of 5 programs, namely the field of implementing village government, the field of implementing village development, the field of community development, the field of community empowerment and increasing community capacity. Meanwhile, the village development program in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District consists of 4 programs, namely creating a religious village community, creating a prosperous village community, creating good government and community. The Village Development Activity Plan is a village design document for a 6 year period according to the span of power of a village head for one term of power. Apart from that, in the Village RPJM, the village government must also formulate the Village RKP. The problems or inhibiting factors in the comparison related to RPJM and RKPDES in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District and Tarai Bangun Village are in the field of village government, development, community development, village community empowerment and emergency and urgent disaster management.
