Status Pengelolaan Sumberdaya Perikanan Melalui Pendekatan Ekosistem Di Kelurahan Lipat Kain Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Lipat Kain Village, located in the Kampar Kiri River, has significant fishery resource potential. The local community utilizes the Kampar Kiri River for fishing almost year-round. Ecosystem-based fisheries management (EAFM) is a concept of fishery management with an ecosystem approach to balance social and economic objectives in fisheries management while considering knowledge, information, biotic and abiotic factors, and human interactions through sustainable fishery management. This research aims to determine the status of fishery management in Lipat Kain Village through an ecosystem approach and formulate management efforts to preserve resources in Lipat Kain Village, Kampar Kiri Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted from March-May 2024. The selection of respondents in this study used the purposive sampling method. Data analysis to assess the management status was conducted using EAFM indicators, which consist of domains such as fishing technology, fish resources, and the environment. Each domain was assessed by ranking, weighting, and scoring. The assessment of fishery resource management status through an ecosystem approach in Lipat Kain Village, Kampar Kiri Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, falls into the "moderate" category with a composite score of 2565. Indicators in the fishing technology domain show a "moderate" category with a composite score of 793, indicators in the fish resource domain show a "poor" category with a composite score of 600, and indicators in the environmental domain show a "good" category with a composite score of 1171.
