PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN SALES OFFICE PADA PT. ASTRA CREDIT COMPANIES PEKANBARU

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload on
the performance of employees in the Sales Office at PT. Astra Pekanbaru Credit
Company. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were
all employees of the Sales Office of PT. Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru,
totaling 43 people. The sampling technique uses the census or saturated sampling
method so that the entire population becomes the sample. Data was collected with
the help of a questionnaire and then the data was processed using multiple linear
regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. It is known that
work stress and employee workload are classified as high, while employee
performance is low. The test results showed that work stress and workload
together had an effect on the performance of employees in the Sales Office at PT.
Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru with determination of 53.8%..
