PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PRODUK DAN MOTIVASI NASABAH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN DAN KEPUASAN DALAM MEMILIH TABUNGAN SINAR IB PADA BANK RIAU KEPRI SYARIAH DI KOTA PEKANBARU
This research aims to examine the influence of product knowledge and
customer motivation on decisions and satisfaction in choosing Sinar IB Savings at
Bank Riau Kepri Syariah in Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses a
quantitative approach. The population in this study includes all Sinar IB Bank
Riau Kepri Syariah Savings customers in Pekanbaru City, totaling 120 customers.
The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. Data was
collected with the help of a questionnaire and then the data was processed using
multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The
research results showed that customer knowledge had a significant effect on
customer decisions. Customer motivation also has a significant influence on
customer decisions. Customer decisions have a significant effect on customer
satisfaction. Customer decisions are able to mediate the influence of customer
knowledge which has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And customer
decisions are also able to mediate the influence of customer motivation which has
a significant effect on customer satisfaction
