PENGARUH KOMITMEN, PERENCANAAN KARIR DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA BHAYANGKARA PEMBINA KEAMANAN DAN KETERTIBAN MASYARAKAT (BHABINKAMTIBMAS) POLSEK BANGKINANG KOTA
This study aims to determine the Effect of Commitment, Career Planning and
Teamwork on Job Satisfaction and Performance of Bhayangkara Community Security
and Order Coach (Bhabinkamtibmas) Bangkinang City Police Station. The
population in this study was the entire Bhabinkamtibnas of Bangkinang City Police
Station which amounted to 58 people. The sampling technique in this study used
census techniques. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that partially organizational commitment has a positive
and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction, teamwork does not affect job satisfaction,
organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance,
career development has a positive and significant effect on performance, teamwork
has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously,
organizational commitment, career development and teamwork have a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction by 93.3% with the strong category,
organizational commitment, career development and teamwork have a positive and
significant effect on performance by 94.5% with the very strong category.
