PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA PT. BANGUN TENERA RIAU (BTR) DI KEC. PERHENTIAN RAJA KABUPATEN KAMPAR RIAU

This research aims to determine the influence of employee work discipline
and organizational culture on work productivity at PT. Bangun Tenera Riau
(BTR), Perhentian Raja District in Kampar Regency, Riau. The population in this
study were all employees of PT. Build Tenera Riau, numbering 61 people. This
research uses quantitative descriptive methods with multiple linear regression
analysis tools with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this research show
that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of employee work discipline
on work productivity at PT. Bangun Tenera Riau (BTR), 2) there is a positive and
significant influence of organizational culture on work productivity at PT. Bangun
Tenera Riau (BTR), 3) there is a positive and significant influence of employee
work discipline and employee organizational culture on employee work
productivity at PT. Build Tenera Riau (BTR).
