PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. REVO SOLUSINDO JAKARTA
This research aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation,
and Job Satisfaction on The Performance of Employees At PT. Revo Solusindo
Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Revo Solusindo
Jakarta. Respondents consisted of 45 employees of PT. Revo Solusindo Jakarta was
selected using a total sampling technique. Primary data was collected using
interviews and questionnaires as research instruments. The data analysis method
used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS test tool. The results of the research
show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, and work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction have a
positive and significant effect on performance. employee.
