PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA NURBAYA WEDDING ORGANIZER PEKANBARU
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction,
and motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of Nurbaya
Wedding Organizer Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes all
employees at Nurbaya Wedding Organizer Pekanbaru, totaling 46 people.
Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to
prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is using
Structural Equational Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) SmartPLS
4.0 program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the Saturation or
Census Sampling method (46 employees at Nurbaya Wedding Organizer).
The results showed that: 1) Compensation had a positive and significant
effect on the organizational commitment of Nurbaya Wedding Organizer
Pekanbaru employees, 2) Job satisfaction had a positive and non-significant
effect on the organizational commitment of Nurbaya Wedding Organizer
Pekanbaru employees, 3) Work motivation had a positive and significant effect
on the organizational commitment of Nurbaya Wedding Organizer Pekanbaru
employees.
