PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ARARA ABADI SINARMAS FORESTRY BAGIAN SOCIAL SECURITY DEPARTMENT DENGAN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and
work-life balance on the loyalty and performance of employees of PT Arara
Abadi Sinarmas Forestry, part of the Social Security Department. The type of
research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in
this study included all employees of PT Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry in the
Social Security Department, totaling 51 employees. The sampling technique
uses the census or saturated sampling method so that the entire population is
sampled in this research. Data was collected with the help of a questionnaire and
then the data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help
of SPSS version 26 software. The research results showed that the work
environment and work life balance had a significant effect on the loyalty and
performance of employees of PT Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry in the Social
Security Department. Loyalty also has a significant effect on the performance of
PT Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry employees in the Social Security Department.
And the work environment and work life balance have a significant effect on
performance through employee loyalty at PT Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry,
part of the Social Security Department.
