PENGARUH RISIKO BISNIS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN BERDASARKAN ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED DENGAN STRUKTUR MODAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2018-2022

This research aims to determine the effect of business risk, company size,
total asset turnover on financial performance based on economic value added
with capital structure as a mediating variable. The population in this study uses
the property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in
2018-2022. The method used in this research was purposive sampling with certain
criteria which resulted in a sample of 175 data samples. The type of data used in
this research is secondary data. This research uses data analysis, namely multiple
regression analysis which is used to test hypotheses with SPSS 26 software. The
results of this research show that the business risk variables and total asset
turnover have no effect on capital structure. Company size has a significant effect
on capital structure. Business risk and total asset turnover have no effect on
financial performance. Capital structure and company size influence financial
performance. Business risk and total asset turnover have a significant effect on
financial performance through capital structure. And company size has no effect
on financial performance through capital structure.
