ANALISIS KELELAHAN KERJA SECARA ERGONOMI TERHADAP SUPIR DI CV JASA TAMA MANDIRI PEKANBARU

This research aims to analyze the ergonomic work fatigue of drivers at CV Jasa
Tama Mandiri Pekanbaru. This research method is descriptive analysis. The
population in this study are permanent employees who have worked for at least 1
year, with a total of 56 drivers in the business unit. The results of this study
showed that of the 56 respondents in this study, there were 4 people who had a
very high level of fatigue so comprehensive action was needed as soon as
possible, 15 people had a high level of fatigue so immediate action was needed,
12 people had a moderate level of fatigue which action may be needed in the
future, 4 people have a low level of fatigue so no corrective action is needed.
Overall, the employee fatigue level of 45.66 is in the high category so immediate
action is needed.
